Of-Counsel Associate
Amelia P. Nelson (Selisky) is a practicing attorney in New Mexico. She is Of Counsel at the law offices of Roybal-Mack & Cordova P.C. where she specializes in legal matters involving employment and labor disputes, torts, sports, and business contracts. She is also a principal lecturer at the Anderson School of Management, University of New Mexico, where she teaches Business Management Law and Employment Law in the graduate, undergraduate, and executive MBA programs.
Amelia earned her Juris Doctorate at Drake University Law School in 2002, and in 2010 she completed a Masters Certificate of Sports and Business Law at The Jeffrey S. Moorad Center for the Study of Sports Law at Villanova University School of Law. Currently, she is completing a Doctor of Philosophy in sport administration and management at the University of New Mexico. Amelia served in the US Army (Reserve) from 1996 to 2004, following graduation from Edgewood College.
Amelia still sports and has completed several triathlons over the past years. She recently completed a Conqueror Challenge (virtual climb of Mt. Fuji) and spends her free time with her family who enjoy camping, hiking, searching for neat rocks, and playing with their bulldogs.
Associate – Attorney
Ms. Enriquez is an associate with our firm. She joined as a part time law clerk in her first year of law school and now serves our Clients with their Probate, Estate Planning, Civil, and Family Law needs.
While attending the University of New Mexico School of Law, Ms Enriquez was selected as a participant in the inaugural 2021 Judicial Clerkship Program. Through this program she had the distinct pleasure and honor of serving as a Summer Judicial Law Clerk Extern for Justice David K. Thomson and Judge Zachary A. Ives. She was a Citations Editor for the Natural Resources Journal, vol. 62; the Secretary for the Women’s Law Caucus; and a student member of the Hispanic National Bar Association, Mexican American Law Student Association, Immigration Law Student Association, and American Immigration Lawyers Association. Ms. Enriquez received a Dean’s Award for contributions to the law school community and a Clinical Honors Award for her work in the Community Lawyering Clinic.
Before law school, Ms. Enriquez worked as a paralegal with the City of Albuquerque Legal Department for seven years and several years before that in the private sector.
Associate – Attorney
Hallie is native to the Land of Enchantment. She received her undergraduate degree in sociology with a focus in community welfare and a minor in economics from the University of New Mexico. Prior to receiving her Juris Doctorate, Hallie spent nine years at the Second Judicial District Court where she worked for the Honorable Gerard J. Lavelle in Family Court.
Hallie Received her Law Degree from the University of New Mexico School of Law. While in Law school she served on the board of the Women’s Law Caucus, completed training in the Theory and Practice of Mediation, and was recognized by the faculty for overall contributions to the School of Law. During her time in UNM Law Clinic, she worked with Street Safe New Mexico, helping women with various legal needs. As an avid outdoor enthusiast, she served on the nation’s oldest law school journal for natural resource matters.
Attorney
Kenneth C. Leach has over 45 years in practice of Estate Planning, Probate, Real Estate and Business Law in New Mexico. He is a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC) and has been listed on Martindale-Hubbell’s Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers. Kenneth previously served on the New Mexico Board of Legal Specialization, An Agency of the Supreme Court of New Mexico Estate Planning, Trusts & Probate Law Specialty Committee. Kenneth has been listed in the prestigious “The Best Lawyers in America” publication in the Trust & Estates section for 27 consecutive years (1996-2023). He was the Community Foundation of Southern New Mexico advisor for the year of 2013, and he received the Excellence in Charitable Gift Planning Award for 2006 by the Albuquerque Community Foundation. Ken believes that being a lawyer is about serving people and the community. He is community minded and serves on the board of several NM charities. He loves this field because he sees it as an opportunity to have a positive impact on people’s lives at a difficult moment of transition.

Cecilia Galaviz is an experienced paralegal at Roybal-Mack & Cordova, PC. She has 29 years of experience as a paralegal. She has experience in real estate, trust funding, family law litigation and personal injury. Cecilia brings with her a vast flexibility in many court proceedings to advance her knowledge within the firm.
